After childbirth, many women need additional support to navigate the challenges of motherhood. Our Postpartum Support services are Christ centered and designed to provide new mothers with the resources they need to adjust to changes in the postpartum period and to thrive as they transition through Motherhood.

We also offer Motherhood Mentoring to help women build the skills and confidence they need to succeed as mothers. We also offer group support online and in person, the aim is to enable the mothers to share their experiences, and/or challenging life events relating too pregnancy/labor & birth/postpartum and ultimately mothering.

The support group comes together to offer each Mother a space to be seen, heard, supported receive encouragement, and practical advice. The focus is on creating a safe and understanding environment for sharing, reducing isolation, and promoting personal growth.

As a Midwife and mother I can professionally and personally identify with the clients as they journey through their situations within their perinatal period.
