Our Story

Good and Perfect Precious Gifts Ministries is a nonprofit organization committed to providing support and resources to underprivileged pregnant women and those in need of affordable women's services. Our mission is to empower women to pursue their dreams while enabling them to experience the respect, freedom, and fulfillment that every woman deserves.

My mission is to help be a guiding light to young women/birthing people and families who are experiencing an acute period of stress, difficulty and extreme mental hardship in the areas of pregnancy, labor/delivery, postpartum and early motherhood and parenting. My aim is to offer Christ centered support through services that will enable them to navigate through these pivotal seasons of their lives with stability, strength, integrity and grace.

My services offered of Prenatal and Postpartum and Lactation services, Labor support for women seeking to deliver in Hospital, Mental Wellness, and Motherhood & Parenting support with connections to secure transitional housing, education and employment. This has specifically been tailored and aimed for all women/birthing people and families from all ethnicities, such as teenagers, young adults, adults, and the older woman, with with a higher focus on black/brown women of childbearing age.

It is apparent with consistent Christ centered support for women/birthing people from all underserved and economically challenged communities, the support will enable them to gain a significantly higher chance to transition through these seasons of their lives successfully. It will also equip them to become resilient and stable through acquiring the knowledge, skills and values that can eventually be passed on to their children/families and to their individual wider community. The support received through these services ultimately will affect them positively to make better personal choices whilst they navigate through these new and more often unchartered areas of their lives.

It is my aim and belief that through providing this support it will also have lasting effects on maternal and newborn morbidity and mortality. It is all too apparent that Black/Brown women in Georgia and nationally have more than a two-three times higher risk of death, related to pregnancy and childbirth than their white peers. It is my utmost belief that it is imperative to reach as many women as possible, as a direct correlation can be seen when women/birthing people of all birthing ages are given the opportunity to obtain the support in pregnancy, labor, postpartum and motherhood.

Not only will it reduce the perpetual cycle of maternal deaths and single motherhood but will additionally have profound effects for generations to come.​
